I've just been offered the post of Life Sciences Editor for the CSA Illumina databases. This means a raise, and a return to science after 10 years in the arts and humanities. I don't have to move too far - just upstairs - but it'll be an exciting change.
I guess I need to dig out all those dusty old science textbooks, now...
